There is a playground for children, medium-sized, let's say the staff is not confident , it's relative to the cash register, the order is not made quickly but not slowly either

We made an order, we received a notification that the order was delivered and there was no order at all, we called the courier, he replies that it takes another 10 minutes to get up, we make a second call to which the courier replies that it takes another 10 minutes to get up, we make a second call the courier replies that he is just arriving,we call the hotline, the hotline redirects the call to three operators and 30 minutes after heaps of calls we get our order, disgusting service. The pizza is gorgeous, but the service wants much to be desired...
