I came for a COMPLEX coloring , before that, when I signed up, I clarified the COMPLEX for LONG hair , they said we'll do everything well , I come and explain what I want, show them a photo from their portfolio, the work of their master, they tell me everything is fine, we'll do it. We did absolutely substandard work , absolutely different , completely different , we agreed to redo it , I come and ask the master can you do what I want ? The master says no. Question: why didn't you initially tell me when I showed you what I wanted that you couldn't do it, you didn't have to torture yourself or me, the master chose a different path. We chose what we were going to do, and she said that she would TRY to do it, I'm going to attach pictures of what happened, first I wanted a balayage, that's what we have balayage, the second is that we have a stretch Just an expectation/reality I look at good reviews, good ratings - IT's ALL bullshit, girls, don't be fooled.
