Lunch at the Pilaf center in January 2025, Bukhara
We were in January. We arrived for lunch at about one o'clock in the afternoon (at 14:00 the pilaf is already ending) at the Mo Salah Zigir Oshi pilaf center near the Arch. Mostly locals sit, clean, fast service. We ordered 1 serving (there are also 0.7 servings) of pilaf for two without additives, fresh vegetable salad and tea. The pilaf, judging by the name of the place, is made with zygyr oil, very tasty, beef is tender, yellow carrots. They paid 77t. soums (approx. 650 rubles). Pilaf lovers are required to visit.
We were looking for a delicious place to eat and found this wonderful place. We ordered pilaf and salads to take away. We were served quickly, packed with high quality and the food was very tasty!
Very tasty pilaf is prepared by the chefs of this establishment and I recommend excellent service to all guests and residents of the city of Bukhara. I was with friends once and I want to be with my family.
We ate 2 portions of pilaf, 2 salads and a flatbread
It came out at 90 thousand sums, it's quite cheap, I don't know why others write that it's expensive
The pilaf is great! The fact that it is without spices — it is cooked this way everywhere in local establishments, which makes it no less delicious. We are used to it in Russia that a lot of spices are put in pilaf, here it is not so. In a large cauldron with butter, it is also cooked like this everywhere.
We ate in Samarkand, too, in an institution for locals — the pilaf was exactly the same.
In general, I highly recommend it if you want to eat real Uzbek pilaf.
The service is fast, normal, they counted us at the checkout, even gave us a check. The room is clean. Everything is great)
Pros: Very tasty! They serve it pretty quickly, but you need to make a special order for pilaf. otherwise, the average option. My option is 1 kg of rice, 1 kg of carrots and 1 kg of meat, so we order a huge banana for three people. Well, all sorts of buns for a swimmer, as without them. Yes, it's expensive, but where will you find it cheaper?..There's meat like a tongue from a pigeon... They even save on carrots... and here it's just a bomb!)) As they say, for your money, any whim of yours. but you can do it modestly for $ 3. pilaf is the same meat according to the norm, carrots according to the norm, well, then pay and fly, partridges, chickens, eggs
fishing, kazy, beef tongue... lemons, oranges, strawberries in season... dates are in season...
cons... they are written by competitors. write a negative about such an institution... it is not to respect oneself and not to respect the Almighty, who created such a Scumbag.
A great place, I definitely recommend a very tasty pilaf, we ordered 2 servings with additional meat and eggs for a total of 120,000 soums. I can't say that it's cheap, but it's not expensive either.
There are several halls inside, clean, but without decor. The food is delicious, there is a place to wash your hands. The service is fast. The menu is like everywhere else: several salads, compote, ayran, bread and pilaf. The pilaf is delicious, with several serving options and serving size. Not only locals visit, there are also enough tourists
If you want to eat quickly and very tasty, come here! There is no menu like in a restaurant. 3 types of pilaf, salads with fresh vegetables, okroshka (I recommend), drinks without alcohol, a kind of business lunch. The waitresses will bring everything, the price-quality ratio is excellent! The atmosphere is like everywhere else in Uzbekistan... I recommend it!
The most delicious pilaf. Perhaps the most delicious that I have tasted in Uzbekistan. Inexpensive. The portions are huge. In addition, they took quail eggs and kazy. Mostly only locals come. There is a very large flow, but they will always find places for you.
The service is fast and pleasant. The portions are large, but there were not enough spices in the pilaf, the rice is fresh. The price tags on the tables have not been updated, keep in mind that prices have increased.
I liked the place for the speed of service and delicious pilaf, but I tried pilaf here twice and it seemed to me that there were no spices in it, the same cumin, it was rather bland, again in comparison with other pilaf in different places of Bukhara.
There are a lot of waitresses, they come quickly. The establishment is divided into two halls, and two more tables on the street under a canopy. We didn't wait long for our order. The interior is simple, we were sitting in the back room, which has floor-to-ceiling windows, so the room is bright. The compote is not very good, but it was taken in different cafes and everywhere the taste is not clear. The pilaf is really good, we also took chakka - this ayran with greens is also delicious, and neither breakfast, lunch, nor dinner can do without tortillas here. We were with the children, took two full portions of pilaf for four, two plates of chakka, a flatbread and we had enough.
Delicious pilaf. Fast service. You can take 0.7 servings. There were a lot of people, but the tables were empty. We are glad that we came here to taste pilaf.
The most magnificent pilaf! The meat is juicy, the rice is airy, a lot of carrots. The portions are incredibly large! The service is fast
, the place was recommended by all the locals with one voice)
Delicious food, fast service, reasonable prices, large portions. We ate pilaf, drank herbal tea. Everything is fine. The institution is recommended by local residents.
One of the most ardent soup centers, only here they cook even more than mutton if I am not mistaken in Bukhara. Sometimes I recommend this place without nodding if guests say that we cannot eat beef
The most delicious pilaf in Bukhara. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is neat and polite. The atmosphere is a very cozy modest place

It's a great place. Pilaf is very tasty, large portions and a large number of various additives to it. Interesting salads are also served, one of the quality indicators is the large number of local people who eat there
There is a small minus - in addition to pilaf and salads, there are generally no dishes, but you can eat plenty of this pilaf. 10/10
My husband and I were offered an option with quail eggs and two pieces of boiled tongue in addition to a few small pieces of meat. But the pilaf is kind of bland, without any aromatic flavors (although there was a sharp red pepper from the edge of the plate). And the pilaf is sooo oily. I didn't like the pilaf at all. Especially when I saw on the street how it was cooked, straining rice and meat from the brown oily slurry.
Local residents were sitting around us - military, civil servants, students - all eating the same pilaf. The place is very popular. The menu was not given to us, they did not give us a check, taking a little more than 1000 rubles in terms of Russian money for one large plate. I don't think that the residents of Bukhara pay the same amount, given that they come here regularly, and for them 1000 rubles is a lot of money. I suppose tourists are also being deceived.
In Bukhara, we accidentally got into this place and were just delighted with the real Bukhara pilaf! The taxi driver advised, he just offered to try pilaf here. The host greets the guests himself and seats them at the table. Not pilaf, but a fairy tale! You will be in Bukhara, only here, we recommend you to visit!
Cleanliness, order, helpful waiters and delicious pilaf!
A delightful place! Pilaf is incredibly delicious! It is served with Kazy, tongue and quail eggs. Together with the pilaf, we tried the achichuk salad.
Everything is very tasty and fast! I highly recommend it!
I recommend super pilaf to all tourists and locals. Feature The meat is cooked whole like a piece of kebab. With a knife, they do not cut like other establishments.
