Sellers are absent at the checkout, when you wait for them, they come with a dissatisfied face. The cash register is unattended. They do personal things during working hours, they sit on their phones, and so on. Because of this attitude towards the buyer, there is no desire to return there. Otherwise, there are no complaints about the store. The assortment is good.

the product is good, but there is one thing.
It really bothers me that you go in there and they run after you like a thief in law. I understand what they're going through, but it's so embarrassing that it's scary to choose something. And they also (not all of them) talk aggressively to customers somehow. I noticed this especially with young girls or teenage girls. The testers are there to figure out if you need the product or not. The girl came up to us and said, "you can't take testers by hand." We think it's okay. My friend didn't have any kopecks, only large ones, I suggested instead of 2 kopecks that a friend should give 5. The seller agreed, and did not even give us these unfortunate 3 cops, closed the cash register and left. In general, we left with purchases, but with negative emotions.
