I recently bought an expensive sunscreen from this pharmacy, only to discover that it was defective and completely ineffective. Despite the correct use, we immediately got sunburn.
When I returned to the pharmacy to show that the cream was defective and asked for a replacement or refund, I was rudely refused. I was accused of lying (!) and stated that they would neither exchange the product nor conduct any kind of examination.
In addition, during our initial consultation, the pharmacy assured us that the sunscreen is of high quality and does not leave greasy traces. It turned out to be a complete lie. Their recommendation was completely useless.
I strongly recommend against using the services of this pharmacy and its entire network. They will mislead you and refuse to take responsibility for their defective products!
