Today, while waiting for my master in the lobby of the building at 13:50, I was lucky enough to meet your employee who, having no time to enter the building, began to be rude and insulting to me from the threshold, as well as accuse me of allegedly losing things because of people like me. I will not quote verbatim because education and censorship do not allow me to do this. When I asked your employee to introduce herself to find out her full name and position, she started being rude to me again and told me that I would not leave the building. Also, during the time when I was being cut by the master in the barbershop, which is not located in your rented office but behind its wall, your employee came there and continued her performance. As a result, a spoiled mood and a complete lack of desire to visit this building and the barbershop again due to the inadequacy of the employees of your organization. In the future, with such actions of your employees, I will contact the appropriate authorities to draw up a protocol to which an audio recording will be attached on which your employee insults other people's visitors without any reason and threatens them using obscene language. 11.03.2022.
