We stayed at this hotel at the end of July 2022.
A beautiful large modern house (which is not typical of Abkhazia) with rooms in Gagra, in the center of events, but not near the road itself and a little in a lowland in a closed magnificent territory, so the location is calm and quiet. There are 4 parking spaces, but 2 of the 4 are located in such a way that in order to leave alone, all other cars need to leave, i.e. it is mandatory to leave a phone number and look for the owner. The room was clean, quite pleasant, snow-white bed linen. There is a kettle and a couple of plates, mugs and utensils from the dishes. The water from the shower flowed to the floor, the mattress was catastrophically soft, it was impossible to sleep on it. Cleaning has not been done once in 12 days, but it may not be expected. The biggest disadvantage for me is the loud beeping at night on our balcony. Upstairs, behind the bars, some kind of equipment has been beeping every night since the evening, respectively, the balcony cannot be opened at night, the sound is annoying. The hostess could not solve the issue.
The water and light were never turned off. Wifi specifically in our room on the second floor worked very sadly, did not upload photos or disappeared altogether.
It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, but there are so many people there in the season that there is nowhere to lie down. We always went to the beaches of Pitsunda. It's sparsely populated and the water is much cleaner, there are no loud sellers. I recommend the Palma cafe, located about 15 minutes away, for nutrition, the local market is just as good.
Summing up: in Gagra, in principle, we no longer want to rent a house, we prefer something calm and not so moving. Well, beeping with a mattress is a fat minus. Otherwise, everything is good.
We have been staying at this hotel for 4 years now, it is impossible to convey the friendly atmosphere of this place. A wonderful hotel with excellent repair, furniture, TV, super Wi-Fi (there is something to compare, Sukhum Dioskuria, complete lack of Wi-Fi and no one responds to complaints). Everything is done with taste, well-groomed area around the hotel, barbecue. It feels like you're coming to your country house. Many thanks to Fatima))) To a friendly and welcoming hostess, we leave with sadness.

We booked a room at this hotel 6 days before arrival, through booking, after which we received confirmation. Upon check-in, the hostess Fatima refused to receive us, as she could not understand why she had overlooked us... and she tried very frantically to clarify with us that we had booked a room yesterday, that is, one day before arrival. BUT I saw our surnames in tlf.. She EVEN showed them to US.. . She did not offer any solutions to the problem, only if she left it for the night, and we needed three nights. Before check-in, we tried to call, but the number was not available or turned off. As Fatima explained, she was talking on TLF. In general, the impression of communicating with the hotel is gloomy. I do not recommend it.
