I want to inform the respected community that the manager of the Laminate Parquet store in Poznyaki, a liar, sold us a laminate that was at a promotional price of 219 UAH/m2, for the full cost of 250 UAH/m2 without notifying us about the existing promotion. We made the purchase on December 30, and on December 31 we saw on the website that there is such a promotion. To our complaint about this, which we submitted on December 31, she replied that she had a day off. Now, she just doesn't answer the phone, apparently she blacklisted my phone number, because she answered the call from her husband. I bring to the attention of the management of this manager that nowadays it is simply stupid to hide, it is better to peacefully and legally resolve this issue, the solution of which, at the moment, I see simply the return of the laminate back, according to the law, the goods of proper quality and with undamaged packaging, the buyer has the right to return to the store within 14 days. A lawsuit will not add a good reputation to your store
