To put it mildly, the service is disgusting. I ordered two pairs of jeans from the Bigstar online store with pickup from the store in Expobel. I received confirmation by e-mail, the next day an employee of the online store called, confirmed the order, the date and the store from which to pick up. As a result, an employee of the store in Expobel calls and informs me that it is possible to pick up jeans, I clarify that I ordered two pairs, to which the employee replies that one order is ready, and the second pair of jeans from my order was given to someone else... curtain I've been wearing Bigstar jeans for a long time, apparently not anymore, at least in our country with such an attitude to customers there is no desire to buy them.
