Обслуживание быстрое. Персонал вежливый. Открылись после ремонта. Раб отают три окна. Просторно. Парковка есть. Подъезд удобный. Ступеньки на подъём хорошо сделаны,очень невысокие. Есть пандус.

Систематически не приносят выписанные газеты вообще (уже раза 3 за этот год) или вовремя (раз 5-6 в этом году), принесут потом через две или три недели, или вообще не принесут, принесут два экземпляра другой газеты... ходишь к ним жаловать, извинения, потом месяц или пару недель вроде работают, а потом опять не приносят... не знаю пьют они там что ли, хочу работаю, хочу нет... отвратительно
