Hello! I want to leave a review on this center telecom store. I bought an iPhone 14 phone from them in May 23 for almost 500 thousand. The phone became dull, buggy, hung up, etc. I brought it under warranty 3 times and the same thing every time, flashing it will help, but in fact nothing helped. As a result, it turned off altogether and did not turn on. And this is all during the warranty period. As a result, I applied for my own money to the official ALSI service center on Gogol. They concluded that the phone could not be repaired. They completely ignore the phone replacement claims, they explain that their IP has changed, but what difference does it make to me, I'm just a simple buyer. As a result, we have been suing them for 6 months now. By the way, their phones were imported from nowhere, and they are not under warranty from authorized dealers. Therefore, before buying from them, think 1000 times, do not buy products from them to avoid such problems. Buy in specialized stores, even if it will be a little more expensive, but there will be no such problems and you will be safely replaced.

We bought an iPhone, went to Russia a year later, inserted a SIM card, but it doesn't work. We thought only Russian SIM cards are not accepted. A year later, they took a new phone in another place, and this time they reset it to factory settings, gave it to their daughter, and the phone does not accept any SIM cards, it turned out that it is American and now the phone is just a brick. They wrote to the seller, they have been pulling for the third week, saying they are waiting for a response from the supplier. It was already possible to walk to the supplier during this time. I do not recommend buying phones in this store. It is not clear what kind of import they are selling. It is better to take it in a proven place.
