The water is excellent, which cannot be said about the service. The site is running on crutches. You make an order for Monday, the water is delivered on Wednesday. They claim on the phone that they called, although there were no calls. And in 3 days they did not manage to warn that there would be no water on the right day. And this is not the first case, we thought, well, it happens once, well, twice. But this is already rude. There is no point in enduring this for the sake of water.

One star only for the quality of the water!
I have been a client for a very long time. The service has become disgusting over the past year. Managers are inattentive, they confuse dates, addresses, or even forget to deliver . This has never happened before. Is the management not interested in training and monitoring their own managers?
But I want to mention the drivers. They are always friendly. There is no question for them
Unfortunately, this spoils the overall impression!!

The water is normal, they have been used to it for many years. The service has slipped to the level of "below the baseboard". Everyone is rude, from the courier to the operator. I tried talking to a higher-level manager - the same rudeness! An amazing company! They don't hold on to the client, complete indifference and disrespect. Unfortunately, I am looking for an alternative to the company, as I have completely lost hope of improving the service.
