A very nice and friendly employee took me to her lunch. But for a very long time, due to the fact that she is alone, although she works very fast, there are a lot of people. There are no places to expect, people are sitting on the stairs, windows, etc. There is no electronic queue, which would be very appropriate!

We have an it state. They strive to use a digital signature everywhere. I had to arrange the keys elsewhere in the city - there are constant queues, nothing happens with an appointment. But here there is peace and quiet. No queues, everything is cultured and polite. I came closer to the end of the work - no one refused service, we made every effort to do everything at once
