One day in the summer of 2024, my husband and I called here to rent two bicycles... we were told that they were available, come on. Came. But they refused to rent us with a driver's license (P.S. the competitors near the Salyut cinema were always taking their licenses and there were no questions (this time they turned to this rental, because all the bicycles were disassembled just near the Salyut). We offered to keep our license and show a photo of our passport, but they refused. Why such distrust of people? A VU is also an identity document. We returned to the competitors and waited for our bikes. I won't set foot on you again. And, since you have such a total distrust of people, at least warn them in advance by phone that the rental is only based on your passport!
