Changes are taking place for the better, however, a negative trend should still be noted - the turnover of specialists. Young doctors come, and it is worth paying tribute to qualified ones, but they do not stay on a permanent basis. In my opinion, this is the main problem that I would like to state loudly so that attention is paid to it. I think the same situation is taking place all over the country in public medical institutions. It is necessary to take measures to curb staff turnover: 1) decent wages; 2) housing for young professionals; 3) career opportunities; 4) raising the prestige of a medical professional.
