Even one star is too much for this establishment! The reception is disgusting, the phones are not picked up, questions are not answered, they are dropped after not listening and you have to call again and wait for half an hour to ask for the office number, because they cannot speak clearly and distinctly. My daughter had tests and ultrasounds for a fee, brought them to the reception, but they were lost, as well as data on vaccinations. Before that, we had a wonderful pediatrician and nurse, sensitive, polite and kind girls, they will always help and prompt. But when our pediatrician left (apparently she couldn't stand this madhouse), hell began. They record to anyone, after several trips to different doctors, it turns out that we had our own district police officer, whom I heard about for the first time. Young doctors come, and it is worth paying tribute to qualified ones, but they do not stay on a permanent basis. In my opinion, this is the main problem that I would like to state loudly so that attention is paid to it. I think the same situation is taking place all over the country in public medical institutions. It is necessary to take measures to curb staff turnover: 1) decent wages; 2) housing for young professionals; 3) career opportunities; 4) raising the prestige of a medical professional.
