I would also like to express my gratitude to your amazing staff for the early check-in and late check-out. They went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which made our stay even more special.
The view from our room was absolutely fantastic, and the room itself had everything we needed—and even more! The breakfast was simply incredible.

The best one to my expectations however breakfast is not included 🥴

A wonderful hotel, everything is on top: breakfast, waiters, room service, spa area. Live piano music during breakfast. We visited two restaurants, 5 out of 5.
There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception.
If you arrive early, you can go to the waiting room on the 2nd floor, charge your phone, and relax. Snack on nuts and cookies, drink coffee/tea, it's free.
You can also leave your belongings/suitcases at the reception free of charge in the morning (before check-in) and in the afternoon (after check-out).
Convenient location: within walking distance of Taksim Square on one side and the Sea Station on the other.
You can walk to the Galata Bridge with beautiful views and restaurants under it and to the Suleiman Topkapi Palace.
Or buy a card with a refillable balance and take the tram, it goes from the embankment (eastKabatash) across the Galata Bridge and the main Sultanahmet Square, then through the Grand Bazaar.
At the reception, you can get a map of the city with historical sites and transport interchange.
