We took the car 2 times. Payment in any way - even in cash, even by card. The prices are very pleasant.
Cars are given out clean, only from the sink, with gasoline not at zero. They warn you in advance that you need to return the washed one or pay for the sink.
They ask to take photos and videos of the condition themselves, so that later there would be no questions about scratches, etc.
Everything is on time, fast, pleasant. Always in touch in vacap: they asked about parking and small things, they always answer quickly.
The first time our car got something wrong, so they took us quickly off the highway, brought us to the office and gave us another car, higher by 2 classes, apologized and everything was done promptly.
In general, everything is clear and pleasant! I recommend it!

I do not recommend it.
Be sure to take a photo or video.
They are trying to withdraw money from people for invented scratches. We had a video, they didn't work out. A nice woman answered the phone, and another terrible woman gave out the car. We were shocked!
