Many thanks to the staff of the Russian Embassy in Tashkent. We got into a very difficult situation with the child, they wanted to send us back, but thanks to the responsiveness of the staff, our problem was solved and we got to Uzbekistan. Thank you very much and a huge thank you!!!
Our visit to the embassy was pleasant. I signed up with my child for the reissue of a foreign passport for a child. We arrived half an hour earlier, because there was bad weather and traffic jams so as not to be late. The guard registered me, things need to be put in the storage rooms at the entrance, everything is polite. I have only documents and money with me. They gave us a ticket at the entrance and we immediately went to the window. They also received us very politely, everything was quickly processed, $ 40 was paid at the cash desk, there were no quibbles with the bills, they were passed through the vending machine. We were instructed in detail about further actions. Everything is about the same as in the Moscow MFC, fast and efficient. Thanks to the staff for their work! P.S. The passport was said to be issued for a month or more, but I monitored on the site, the link was given immediately, and it was ready after 3 weeks, which is quite fast. It is not very convenient to make an appointment, the lunch interval is only every day, the child is at school at this time, but she signed up to receive it quickly and easily.
I recently applied to the Russian Embassy in Tashkent.05/29/2024. At about 11.1-40 local time. I called the embassy, and a woman answered the phone. She said that the reception is there from 9:00-10:00. The documents were not accepted. We were with a disabled child. It's just awful. ride in the heat with a child. There is no understanding on the part of the embassy employee. She just didn't want to work.
