I graduated from the 3rd T.G. Shevchenko School in 1980 with only one top three. Competent cultural teachers, and in all subjects, entered the institute and graduated with a red diploma, due to the knowledge gained in 3 schools (not that money is now, blat, and knowledge is not enough)
