I always refuel at Lukoil, I was on a visit to Ferghana and thought great, there is Lukoil here, but I was very disappointed, the service is terrible, does not correspond to the level of refueling, namely, the service at the checkout, they cannot break through the accumulative, they cannot sell the winter washer (what's the point in taking a summer one in December?), they enter the wrong PIN code the cards do not even notify you about this starting the second time trying to make a payment and do not allow you to enter the code yourself

I did not expect a modern gas station. They offer excellent coffee and pastries. There is a store with the necessary goods for the road. Branded oils. The bathroom is clean, there is a bathroom even for the disabled. There is a playground where you can park your car and drink coffee. The fuel price is adequate for the region.
