+ The service is at a decent level.
+ The location is excellent (5 minutes walk to the bus stop, 10 minutes through the park to the cave baths).
+ Good price-quality ratio.
- It seems that stairs are a fetish of the hotel owner, there are really a lot of stairs just for the sake of design...
- Because of the large number of steps with heavy suitcases and small children, I would not recommend staying here.
