Dolce is one of those places where you want to return. I tried different locations in Minsk, Nemiga is a bit cramped, but the atmosphere is still great. The coffee here is always on a high level, especially cappuccino — it feels like they approach the business with their hearts. The desserts are also delicious, the presentation is always beautiful, although the prices are, of course, above average.
It's a pity that the cafe on the avenue was closed, it was one of my favorites, the view from the window there is simply gorgeous. I hope the quality will be preserved on Nemiga, but, to be honest, I would like to see something new in the menu. For example, a Scandinavian salmon cake would be added — an unsweetened but satisfying dish would definitely find its audience.
In general, if you are looking for a cozy place with good coffee and desserts, Dolce will not disappoint you. Personally, I'll be back here again, despite the prices.
Dolce is one of my favorite cafes, I've been to various locations all over Minsk. Delicious coffee and desserts, beautiful serving . The prices are certainly higher than in other cafes. It's a pity that the cafe on the avenue is closed, the photo is from there. It's a small but cool place on nemiga.
Always delicious coffee. Espresso is no worse than in northern Italy. Americano - he's Americano everywhere. Cappuccino - you can feel that the owner is grunting there, whatever it is, as it should be - in every sip the coffee is mixed with bubbles of foamed milk. I often go to coffee shops, but at least here I understand what I'm paying for. Desserts were once unreal. Right now, it's the bottom of the top. That is, among aerobatics, it's near the bottom. Although other pastry shops can't even reach this level. Hello, you are the bottom compared to Dolce, both in terms of coffee and desserts.
