Employees do not know how to talk to customers, they only roll their eyes at questions or requests (which has been noticed many times). To get attention, you need to say something loudly, then they will come out of their "hole" and deign to serve.
Secondly: donuts are always cold, laid down, not the best kind.
It would seem that the location is in the city center, and the quality of work is like in a backwater!
