A solid big minus.
Tickets were purchased for Emirates. The flight was cancelled by the airline due to problems at the airport. The airline transferred all tourists who bought tickets from them to other flights. We were told to contact the place where we bought. I've been in correspondence with one two trip all day. They did not give any specific information, they said to wait. At the same time, the booked hotel was already on fire. I called them many times from abroad and did not receive any clear answer. Only the next day they wrote that they could not help in any way. I bought a new ticket + lost a night at the hotel. I have been waiting for a refund for 6 months. Everyone who lost this flight was either displaced or the money was refunded. One two trip fed endless promises and eventually stopped responding altogether. Unprofessional staff and fraudulent company policy!

We made a mistake when buying tickets 3 months in advance! They immediately asked for an exchange or refund via chat (they have no other contact). We were shocked by the answer! We were charged 50 percent of the cost for a refund or exchange of the ticket! with 45,000 paid for 2 people in both directions, we were charged 22,000 rubles (including fees and fines)
