We stopped by for one night on the way. First, they put us in a cramped room under a roof with a sloping ceiling, without a refrigerator (and we needed one), a small TV and a short shower hose splashing in all directions. The latter finished off, so I went to the reception to sort it out - we had no problems replacing the room with another one on the second floor, noticeably larger in area with a large TV, a mini fridge, a normal shower, a balcony and even an extra bed. If they had settled into this room right away, the hotel would have caused nothing but delight. The pool is beautiful by the way, but for an additional fee.
