Once upon a time (about 3 years ago) there were mugs here for free or for a very nominal fee. They were on state security. Now there will be various clubs (chess, dancing, drawing) only at commercial prices. A light renovation was done, a cafe was organized at the entrance (it's more pleasant for parents to spend time waiting for their child)
