After reading the reviews, I was preparing for the worst. And everything went very well. 3 flights: St. Petersburg- Astana, Astana - Almaty and Almaty - Moscow went well. The food on international flights is great! Even Aeroflot is more modest. There were new planes on two flights, and on the last flight, unfortunately, an old plane came across. It was very stuffy (there was also only one flight delay from Astana to Almaty, when the scoreboard showed that boarding was underway, people lined up, but boarding never started. So the whole hour. But I'm glad that the delay was only an hour, and not more. Overall, I am satisfied, especially pleased with the ticket price. I think I will choose this airline again)

I flew with this airline from Moscow to Alma-Ata. In principle, I really liked everything. The ticket price is more affordable, as it is lower than that of competitors (Air Astana and Aeroflot). A cozy, clean plane. Pleasant and considerate flight attendant staff. During the flight, they provided good on-board meals at no extra charge (which has not been available on many Russian flights for a long time). There was a delay in departure from Vnukovo, but delays due to the late arrival of the aircraft sometimes occur for any airline. We were notified about the delay in departure by SMS. It was possible to choose a seat in the salon at the stage of electronic registration - this is also a pleasant advantage. Of the disadvantages, I will only note that the seat back did not recline on the plane I got.
