A great place to get yourself in the desired shape. Convenient location, reasonable price, friendly staff, high-quality equipment, there are several gyms (except the main gym) for yoga, Pilates, boxing. Promotions are held periodically. On the downside: some simulators have already been wiped, although this does not interfere with the functionality. And the gym is decorated in gray tones, personally I lack brightness and colors at least in the elements. If it's sunny, then it's normal; if it's winter, evening, and artificial lighting, it's a gray melancholy. But this is for my aesthetic taste.

I haven't trained in a very long time, there were no group classes, no gym.After visiting Ksenia's Pilates class today, I was charged with the desire to go to all her pair workouts!a positive atmosphere, the coach inspires success with his appearance, supports with a look and a smile! A true professional in his field! And the fit mix workout really touched me..In the first few minutes, I had goosebumps from the realization that I was in the right place for me and in the right hands! I really liked everything!🌷🙌

"Very nice place, friendly staff," I wrote earlier, but everything has changed. The staff at the reception changed. It really spoils the overall feeling. They barely greet each other, discontented looks and faces. The situation is indicative: I was given a male number. I only noticed it in the locker room, I came back. It would seem like a nonsense matter if the employees smiled and said, "Oh, sorry." But they looked at me as if I didn't understand what I wanted from them, without a single word they took me away and gave me another one. It's good that they at least gave it to me. I am also very excited about the moment of group training in the gym itself. I understand 2-3 people. But when there are 8 of them! Everyone is lying on the floor and, accordingly, it is impossible to go anywhere, all the simulators are occupied by 8 people who do several approaches. So they also run down the aisle, raising their knees. The hall is not so big that it would be comfortable. I really liked the gym, I've been going to it for a long time. But my last subscription has come to an end.
