The building is new, good, and that's where all the advantages end. The reception is a mess, the questionnaires are lost, the phone is not picked up, the queue is to get a ticket to the therapist. There are queues at the therapist for an hour to wait just to get a referral for tests or to open a sick leave. The laboratory is open until 9.30 am and there is also a long queue. As a result, in order to open and close a hospital, you need to spend at least 3 days in queues at this clinic. Why don't the receptionist give out coupons to the laboratory? Why are they sent to the local doctor first, so that there are queues at each stage?
