The salon is open until 21:00, as indicated. At the same time, either at the administrator, or in the office with a solarium, it is indicated that the solarium is open until 20:30. I come at 20:00 and ask if it is possible to get into the solarium, they refuse me, explaining that there is a person + 2 ladies in the queue in the solarium. So maybe you should extend the work of the solarium and accept me? It's just not the first time I've been refused in this salon, I'm super offended, since I constantly use their services. Why is it easier to refuse a client than to work until the required 21:00, and not turn off the lights and close the door after 20:30??
