I left the car to replace the alternator pulley. They promised to coordinate the volume and cost of work, as well as prices for spare parts, by phone. They didn't agree. Prices for spare parts were not provided. The book of comments and suggestions was not given out either on the first or on the second demand. There is still a plus - the car was repaired and a verbal guarantee for the generator was given for six months.

The problem was hitting the steering wheel. At the diagnosis, they said that the suspension was killed in the trash, that's the trouble. I didn't believe it, because it couldn't be. I went to the tire shop and checked the tires, it turned out to be two tires with rolls. Everything is fine after the replacement. They didn't find any jambs on the suspension on the other one.
