A terrible store and a terrible attitude of employees towards their customers. In early August, we turned to the store located in the Ozertso shopping center, looked for a bed, partially repaid, employee Anastasia promised that there would be a bed in early September, as a result, there was no bed or even messages about what happened. Throughout the entire period, Anastasia never contacted me. As a result, on October 7, the contract expired, and on that day I arrived at the store. Anastasia herself claims that they are not obliged to report, and the manager said that allegedly the car arrived at the warehouse, wait for your bed in the near future. Today, on the 17th, and there is no bed, I called the store and a completely different seller answered there, so she said that the car was on the 7th, but your bed is not there. As a result, the store is just the worst thing I've come across lately. And these employees just didn't give a damn even that my pregnant wife has been sleeping on the floor for these 3 months waiting for this fucking bed. The horror!

Everything is fine! Natalia's consultant at the Ozerzo shopping center is incredibly cool. The delivery is fast and unloaded and even brought to the elevator! Thanks for the lovely sofa and the delivery.

We ordered a bed with a mattress. The order was slightly delayed, but we got a call about it and were warned about the delay. After that, we agreed on a delivery day and a convenient time for me. The staff was polite in conversation.
There was a nuance with the mattress. He couldn't fit in the elevator and I wasn't warned that the elevator had to be sized. It would have been extremely difficult for me to get him to the right floor. But the delivery went to the meeting and helped to drag the mattress to the right floor directly to the apartment (thanks a lot for that!)
Now I'm waiting for the assembly. I hope that all the details will be in place, and the quality will be at the highest level.
I don't mind the stars, I hope they will serve as a good motivation to get better!
