We went to Georgia on 08/17/2024 by bus from this travel agency. I collected money for excursions around Georgia and instead of going to waterfalls, a fish farm and caves, I signed up for canyons and caves and a fish farm.We were tired without a second thought, we naturally signed the list without looking, although I gave him more money than he told me when giving me the change, jokingly saying that they say I'm a fool, they give me extra, no, I'm honest. The trips were worth it 75$+75$+60$=210$( this is for three people), but he told me that he needed $195 and gave me the change. Well, we also thought that we were probably mistaken, we all laughed and that was it. Then he said that the Viber group would write lists where they would indicate the exact dates, times and who was going. As expected, the lists were posted in a group, we calmly looked at when our trips were, planned our holidays for every day. A couple of days pass, and it turns out that yesterday we were expected for an excursion and we did not show up, forget about the money!!!! Our hair stands on end, let's figure it out, but it turns out we had to go to a completely different place and on another day! Gathering and departure in the morning, couldn't we at least try to find out where the family of three people didn't show up??! After all, if they had gone up to our room, then of course we would have packed up quickly and gone, but apparently Masha, this is the guide, did not consider it necessary, and she doesn't care where we are and what's with us! After all, there was no room key at the reception, this already indicated that we were in the room, because they forbade us to leave the hotel with the keys, but apparently it was only to her advantage, they were not going, and that's fine. Something like this. The sediment was not pleasant, $60 was lost without knowing it ((We will not be impoverished, but they will not benefit you either! So from now on, be careful what and where you sign for, gentlemen tourists, and you Victor be more careful, this is your job, and you must clarify three times before checking the box next to the trip in the list, the money is very small for someone, and you take the blame off yourself without understanding, poking the list in the face! I'm not arguing that the signature is mine, but that's where the tick was, I missed this moment on the bus!

A great carrier!Thank you for a comfortable trip on the Minsk-Dusseldorf route on 05/17/2024 and back on 05/30/2024.
