There is a bad smell in the lobby and in the elevator. Breakfasts are about absolutely nothing. But the rooms have air conditioning, on the top floor you can go to the roof, there is also a shared refrigerator.

It's a really cool place. Cheaply. Downstairs there is a common area with sofas tea and breakfast) Convenient location. Everything is new in the rooms.

Housing is trash, it's definitely not worth your money. Plus, only in the neighbors, there are many versatile and interesting people.
