I bought electrical goods twice in August of the 24th year: a lamp, a fan, lamps. The seller of this department is simply not to be found. You turn to other sellers of the same store - they start running, looking, there seems to be movement, but there is no sense. The first time I waited 20 minutes. Too much for me...
