I've been visiting Raw to Go for years. Whenever I'm in Moscow (several times a year) I go almost every day. When I was here in January they were closed for renovation. I visited today for the first time since they reopened and what a terrible shame it is. What have you done? There were no menus insight, no menu on the wall, no prices behind the counter, and no QR codes on the tables. So I sat down and waited, presuming a member of staff would bring me a menu. The cafe was not very busy. I waited for 10 minutes, no one spoke to me, no one gave me a menu. Apparently I'm invisible. So I left. Do you no longer sell any food from the kitchen? And where are the best desserts? I used to buy several Dubai Chocolate every time to take away! Now its gone, along with so many other favourites. Please bring back the Raw to Go we all loved(

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The view from our room was breathtaking (see photos). All the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Very comfortable bed. I have nothing negative to say and very much look forward to returning.
