Beware, they are not trustable. They suddenly canceled our stay due to bed bugs. BUT IT WAS CANCELLED WITH FEE. THEY ARE CHARGING US!!! NOT FREE CANCELLATION. Even Agoda is not helpful. We ask if they able to give alternative but they are giving no solution. SO DISSAPOINTING

Pro: Able to ask more water bottle if run out Basic room hygiene ok Clean AC Able to late check in Strategic location, there is mart in front of the hotel Affordable price Cons: Cranky, cold staff attitude No towel changes unless you proactive asked Registration relief for us foreigner possible, but really difficul to communicate and they do not enjoy we requested it.
