When i went at the hotel, they told me finally my room has an issue and it's not available. Instead of’goving me another room for free, they asked more money because only "better room" were available. Else they say "so you can cancel" at 19h40 when it's night outside, I came with taxi and my big luggage... I never experienced stuff like that... The guy at desk tried to help me but his manager prefered have 0 income instead of giving me another room for the same price. Unacceptable....
