The warmest place in Russia! Day 1 arrived in Irkutsk met the receptionist make me think Siberian people are the best people in Russia. They are so warms, helpful and soooo kinds, yes they are!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Hope you guys always shower with love, healthy and wealthy. You guys deserve the whole world!!! The accomodation are sooo complete and clean. Good location

Сотрудники ресепшена были крайне грубыми, без каких-либо проявлений гостеприимства и желания помочь. Они даже не разрешили оставить багаж или подождать несколько минут до заселения. Такое отношение совершенно лишено человеческого тепла. The reception staff were extremely rude and showed no hospitality or willingness to help. They wouldn’t even allow us to leave our bags or wait for a few minutes before check-in. Their behavior felt completely lacking in basic human kindness. The only positive is that laundry is very cheap. The cleanliness is average, but overall I would recommend looking for another hotel or hostel in Murmansk instead of staying here
