I will share all my experiences at Rixos Premium Bodrum without filtering. First of all I would expect more modern, newly designed rooms. When we entered the room it was stinky in the bathroom, we directly contacted our assistants Yelda and Berkan and it was solved very fast by upgrading our rooms (excellent). In the upgraded room we also contacted our assistants because of a noise complaint we had about the upstairs neighbors. Yelda helped solving this very quickly which we were very happy with. On day 2 of our holiday we ate something from the lunch-buffet which gave my girlfriend a reaction because of her food allergy. This was a pity because we paid very good attention to the QR-codes with the allergy information about the meals. We were not happy with this because the allergic reaction could be deadly to her and because it felt like we were falsely informed about the ingredients. This had cost us one day of our holiday because of sickness unfortunately. We spoke to Yelda in the evening about this and she gave us very good solutions like having lunch at the a la carte restaurant called People’s where the chef would find us to talk about the allergy situation so that it would not happen again. This was very suiting for us and so far we are able to enjoy the delicious foods! We really liked the personal contact with the assistants. This was our first time experiencing this service and we feel very special and it’s very nice because of the fast service. We spend most of our days sunbathing by the pool. The service here is also fast and good like the towel service. One thing we don’t like is that some people ‘reserve’ a bed in the morning at the towel person (probably by giving a tip) and never show up or are gone for almost the whole day. It became busy in the hotel and difficult to find good places at the pool. We are very happy with the room cleaning. They clean everything very good. Also the waiters are very fast which is very nice and everywhere you look you see a friendly face which makes you feel welcome and comfortable. We also really like the daily activities, you never get bored here! For example we joined the pool activities in the afternoon and really liked it because of its professionally and it’s just very fun. At the spa we got a very detailed tour about the facilities and were very surprised how big it is. We enjoyed our afternoon in the sauna and steam room very much. Although the massages or turkish hammam are a bit expensive. We didn’t chose for those services because of this reason, but still could enjoy of the other facilities. They also have an extra pool there for ultimate relaxation. Overall, so far we are very happy with the employees and service from Rixos, although there are some things that could be improved which are mentioned in this review.
