I booked a table for New Year’s and left severely disappointed. We were given a list of food that was supposed to be served at our table, yet we didn’t receive half of it. We never got our caviar, though I’ve asked for it like 5 times. They told me it’s “cooking”😂. Repeatedly asking the waiters about the missing dishes led nowhere, they simply didn’t seem to care. The boat ride was included in the price. When we returned from it (along with everyone else), all food and wine had been cleared from our table. The staff assumed we had left, which makes no sense since the boat ride was part of the program and everyone attended it. On top of that, the payment terminal was shoved in our faces as if we were about to run away. The experience itself had potential. The music was great and the views were beautiful, but the food was mediocre and absolutely not worth 600 lari. We were promised “memory videos” and received nothing. The table decoration they advertised was lovely, but it was removed almost immediately after we sat down, while other tables kept theirs. Service was extremely poor. If I needed anything from the waiter, I would wait close to half an hour while he forgot multiple times, danced, socialized, and only then returned. The manager did offer a bottle of wine as compensation for the food being removed, but that does not fix a ruined New Year’s experience or justify the severely overpriced bill. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Oh yeah, and there was no “fountain” either. Words cannot express how pissed off I am.

The place is gorgeous. We spent our grandma's birthday here and we are more than satisfied. The food is amazing with huge portions, and the servants are very attentive and friendly. Big thanks to our lovely server Vaha, who made this experience worthing returning for.
