4 stars because I visited the place while it was being renovated, the architecture still looks good, the security personnel are very professional and of course it's very convenient and accessible, because the metro isn't far off, and their is a tram that heads to metro Novoslabodskaya just across the street.

This place is very amazing, the lighting, sound system, the stage, I got to say everything is fantastic. It's very convenient for plays, comedy shows and musical festivals. Their meeting room is also cool, I liked it.

I have been here a couple of times for rehearsals, I got say the place is very amazing and secure, the people at the gate and the receptionist are very kind, of course if you are a foreigner they might miss pronounce your depending on where you are from, but I have to admit they are truly amazing, so is their space.

It's an amazing place, even though I visited at night it was very lively and it's well lit . You can take good views of the gulf of Finland and the tallest tower in Europe. You can also spot the magnificent stadium in a distance.

Surly had a good stay, the heating in the rooms worked very well, their rooms are so warm considering I was there just at the end of winter. It's a very comfy and convenient place, the rooms and their furniture are hotel grade. I recommend.

Well the place has amazing views, but it wasn't as lively as I expected it to be. But it's definitely great for river cruises and calm walks in the nearby forests.
