Our favorite place to get our groceries! (October 8, 2024) .......Until today (March 12, 2026). Until one of the staff forced my son to pay again the bread that he ALREADY PAID! Just because there was no receipt. Since my son paid in the kiosk, there is an option not to print the receipt. My son is using his card under my bank so the payment appears in my bank history. I have to go back to the grovery store with my son and asked why the lady asked my son to pay for a couple of bread twice? But the lady's reaction was sdo rude and arrogant. I don't care about the money. But I am more in the fact that as if my son is stealing a couple of bread. She she kept insisting to show her the receipt. But I think she better understand that the kiosk has an option of not printing the receipt since she works in this store. I already showed her my bank history that it was paid doubled. I cannot blame her if there are people doing it there. But she could have stayed and stood by the kiosk area or better yet put a better security by the exit. If my son is at fault, I will make him come to apologise to the lady. But asking my son to pay twice because she didn't see that my son has no receipt, that's rediculous. All the staff were so go and polite. Except 1 older woman with black hair. What she did, she handed to me 60rubles! 60rubles? For what? This is not what I was expecting. First, she should know how to give exact change as she is a cashier. Second, we were there to ask a clarification. She was at fault. An apology to my son and to act better in handling such situation would be enough for us. This is not only the case. There is a school nearby. Some students also were complaining about this grocery store that someone from the staff asked them to pay what they bought again. This should stop. They should do a better job. I hope thye management of this grocery would read this and address the issue. Other than that, majority of the staff are all polite and friendly.

The hotel is absolutely comfortable. Receptionist and host were accommodating. All the crew were very polite and always smiling! The Food were all good, especially their dinner! Delicious! The hotel is always clean. They will clean your room once aday. Taking your trash out. Just 1 thing that I noticed with our room experience. I think toilet paper was a necessity and was overlooked so we made sure we have our personal. Not a big deal but it is always good to have your backup. Overall, it was all an amazing experience for my family to stay in this hotel in Kolomna for 3 days. Worth it! Highly recommended! If I will be given another time to visit Kolomna and need a place to stay, I will book here again! Thank you Ekaterina and the whole crew! You made our stay worth while! We enjoyed Kolomna! July 29-31, 2025
