Probably, the best hotel in town. The kitchen is great, very clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. We celebrated wedding of my older son here, so I should feel qualified to recommend these facilities for big parties - we've used them to full extent. The venue took place in the outside pavilion, everything was very well organized, again, the menu was mouthwatering, well trained staff, you name it. The rooms are somewhat basic Soviet-style, but well equipped, spacious, beds are good. All extras (pillows, blankets, shaving, toothpaste, etc.) promptly brought to your room on request. The last - hotel sits amongst pretty thick greenery consisting of mature trees and shrubs, paths are paved and clean. Probably due to this the street and traffic noise doesn't cause any nuisance. A bit of disadvantage - the location is remote (~6 km) in relation to central tourist attractions but, taxis are readily available for some 2-3 USD getting you there within 20 mins. Highly recommended!

Nice amateur hotel, not the most luxurious place but, the personnel is very helpful and friendly. Nice extra - free shuttle to & for. The airport.

Such a nice place! If you want to eat tasty food for a very reasonable price at a nice quiet riverside Volga - this is the place. Menu is so diverse and rich in choice of dishes, that you will find it pleasantly surprising. The only thing I was missing - my favorite crème brûlée… sadly, not every even good place serves it. Authentic Azerbaijani recipes are available. Nice staff. Plenty of parking. Sure 5-star.

Went on trip on the Kremlin wall passage, full circle… quite an exercise - except for the kilometers to go you’ll have to go down 80 m and up 80 m! It’s well worth it - the views over the river Volga and Oka, the lower city are remarkable!

Friendly, easy atmosphere, tasty dumplings- some of the very interesting taste, like those “vareniki” stuffed with potatoes & fried onions… feels like if they were with fried potatoes))) One pretty annoying inconvenience - the orders taken at the cashier only( imagine, if you come the four of you - each one has to go book their order. This is particularly inconvenient as the place is very small and has very narrow passage between the few tables.
