Staff isn't very helpful and arrogant, advice not according to our needs but what they want you to buy (of course the most expensive version). Information about availability of goods is not true, in our example AC's. The Yerevan main branch told us afterwards that AC's at the moment are not delivered to Kapan. The only available AC's are those stored at the Kapan branch.

Access with strollers is a little difficult. Variety of goods is well, especially for goods with european quality. Staff is friendly and helpful.
