Very disappointing experience. We were treated in a rude and aggressive way despite being polite and ordering normally. The staff raised their voice at us, and when we ordered a wine, they loudly said “No, no” because it was unavailable, even though the menu did not mention that. The whole interaction made us feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and unwelcome. As Asian customers, the treatment felt especially upsetting. This was far below basic hospitality and completely unacceptable.
