I often face language barrier with drivers when they call and so many times they stop in the wrong location prolonging waiting time which I have to pay for. To promote diversity and prevent miscommunication let drivers text instead of call only then someone can translate the message and driver can do the same when they receive a text message in a language they can’t understand
