The aquarium is gorgeous, nevertheless I planned an excursion in English with a week of anticipation on their website, I pressed the button RIGHT UNDER ENGLISH EXCURSION plan here, I paid in advance and everything.
The day I arrived, they had my excursion IN RUSSIAN and blamed it ON ME, as if I MESSED UP.
I almost forgot, they had me and my kid waiting for around 45 minutes “fixing” their mistake (blaming it on me)
I ended up with no excursion and they refuse to give me my money back. Worst experience that I’ve had in Russia. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
