The best service in the entire city! The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk in. They greet every guest with a warm smile and make you feel valued and comfortable throughout your visit. What impressed me the most is their deep knowledge of the menu — they are always happy to explain the dishes, suggest recommendations based on your preferences, and answer any questions with confidence and patience. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They regularly check on guests without being intrusive, ensure everything is perfect, and respond quickly to any request. The level of care and hospitality they provide creates a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. It is clear that they take pride in their work and are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Honestly, the staff alone make this café worth visiting again and again. Other restaurants in Tashkent should learn what service is from this cafe. As for the food, every dish is carefully prepared, not only delivering excellent taste but also presented beautifully. I especially love their salted caramel coffee — it’s truly unique and unlike anything else in the country.

The worst service EVER. You go there and just wait for the waiter hours. The staff, especially waiters are a bit rude

The worst service in all of Tashkent! We waited 2 hours for our food, and one simple salad took 3 hours to arrive. To make matters worse, the waiter didn’t even bring menus for the friends who joined us later — they had to wait another hour just to place an order. The staff clearly judge customers by their appearance; if you’re not dressed up, you’re doomed to wait endlessly.
