Business concept hotel, with lovely design details. Food is good, including breakfast, for earlybirds, breakfast begins at 6:30 weekdays and at 7:00 in weekends. Clean, new, all things in the room are working as they should be.

Nice hotel, does the job. Clean, hot water is always there, comfortable bed. Has a lovely cafe which is like a restaurant, I love meals there. Breakfast is with several prechoosen options. For next visit to Velikiy Ustyug I will stay here again.

It is a good place to eat with a friend after work. I had been there maybe 10 times and always without any surprises. I can book a table in English easily. Waiters are friendly and food is delicious.

Good coffee, panna cotta is very nice, I should order it in a big bowl 🤟.

As I expect. CheeseBurger is my favorite. It is a big chance to have this type of chain burger shop in Russia. Other worldwide ones, I don't visit generally but Farsh (Maybe I write it wrong, I am not sure about how it is written in Latin letters) I like their standard service, taste at whichever shop I visit.

I like consept of the hotel. I had been in several Hamptons, but this one is very good (in Turkey mainly). Staff is friendly, there is nothing that I can complain about.

I bought packed Bolivia Coffee Beans. They are fine but maybe I get used to, Columbia Bolivar is my favorite which I couldn't find here. Will try other beans in time, quality, bean itself is good and fresh roasted. Unfortunately for now I don't speak Russian, the personnel was really so helpful and eager to understand your need, I love it. Thank you.

We were hungary during ordering but couldn't imagine portions are that much big. It was week day, before 6pm, when we went out after finishing, the queue at the door was incredible. Food was delicious, fresh. Thanks for reading.

It looks like Ikea for me. I could find whatever I was looking for with an affordable price. I loved to be here and visit often from now on.

Very kind personnel, so much helpful. I don't speak Russian yet, only English but through translate and one time with an English speaker employee we made it work. I ordered their basic, cheese and seasonal hamburgers. And as side french fries. Everytime they were so delicious. Thanks again. I enjoy to have meal here.
